Tailored support

We provide a tailored support to our partners, depending upon their needs and requests. This support can take many forms:

Support for internal organization and management

We undertake an ongoing work with our partners to reinforce their practices, concerning in particular their management tools and staff training.

Participating in governance

We wish to be part of the decision-making bodies, to make sure the objectives are in line with the social objectives of the structure.

Technical Assistance

We answer our partners’ specific needs in different fields such as: audit, management, accounting, information systems, HR…This TA is provided through external consultancy services, training, or exchange of good practices between peers.
