Partner description

The MAIN (Microfinance African Institutions Network) is a pan-African network of microfinance institutions based in Lomé, which provides its 125 members with capacity-building services, including workshops for exchange and professional training.

Partner impact

The MAIN network has organised twelve international conferences, conducted 42 university sessions, facilitated 82 thematic training sessions and organised fifteen exchange visits, enabling the training of 40,044 microfinance practitioners.
The institutions that are part of this network reach more than 14.5 million beneficiaries through their financial and non-financial services, thus affirming MAIN’s impact and reach in the development and growth of micro-enterprises across Africa.”
